KFP01 is the bottom stopper, it uses the steerer tubing bottom of the fork of the MTB bike. 

You can put the multi-tool or some small bike tool into the steerer tubing of the fork. Then use the bottom stopper to lock.

But the bottom plug is only for the alloy tapper steerer tubing; cannot be used in the carbon fiber steerer tubing.
